Local Pick-up Orders: The daily cutoff time to guarantee same day pickup is 12:00 PM PST. Orders received after the 12:00 PM PST cutoff time will be baked, boxed, and ready for pickup within 24 hours of your original order time. Please reach out if you need special timing considerations.
National Shipping Orders: We've invented a "Cookie Cooler" to preserve our delicious flavors and texture in every bite. For same-day shipping, the daily cutoff time for orders is 12:00 PM PST Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST Monday – Wednesday will bake-and-ship the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST on Thursday or anytime Friday – Sunday will bake-and-ship the following Monday.
We recommend overnight shipping with the second-best option being 2-day shipping.
Cookie prices on our website are the same for locals and shipping prices include insulated packaging ($10 for a Single Dozen or $15 for a Double Dozen).
